• Products and Availability: All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. Prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling charges.
• Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Ingredients: Our tortillas are made from simple, clean ingredients including oats, water, and salt. We do not add preservatives, seed oils, gums, fillers, or artificial additives to our products.

4. Orders and Payment

• Payment: By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price at the time of purchase, including all taxes and shipping charges. Payments must be made via accepted payment methods.
• Order Acceptance and Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Policy: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, subject to product availability. We offer various shipping options; costs and delivery times depend on your location. To ensure freshness, we only ship tortillas on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders received after 12 pm PT on Tuesday will be shipped the following week.
• Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Nanu Heritage Foods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Perishable Products: All our products are perishable and are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs. While ice packs may melt during transit, this does not affect the quality or safety of the products. We advise refrigerating all products upon arrival.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
• Refunds: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at hola@nanuheritagefoods.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on any products.

7. Storage and Handling

• Tortilla Storage: Our tortillas should be refrigerated upon arrival to maintain freshness and can last up to two weeks in the refrigerator or up to six months in the freezer.
• Salsa Storage: Our salsas are made with fresh ingredients, free from preservatives, fillers, or gums. Once opened, they should be refrigerated and consumed within two weeks.

8. Allergens and Cross-Contamination

• While we strive to avoid cross-contamination, our tortillas and salsas are produced in a facility that also processes products containing common allergens such as nuts and gluten. Please exercise caution if you have severe allergies.

9. Subscription and Promotional Communications

• By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive promotional emails, including special offers, product launches, and discounts. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
